White-label monitoring that carries your brand.
Your client opens a status page on your domain, with your logo and no vendor badge, then gets a report painted in your colours. The one surface that stays ours — the address the mail leaves from — is named on this page rather than buried.
Three branded surfaces, one exception
The public status page, the scheduled report and the down- and up-alert emails wear your brand. The workspace behind them, and the address the mail leaves from, stay Uptimia’s.
The boundary is deliberate. White-label covers what a client receives; it stops at the console your own team works in.
Your logo, your domain, badge gone
The status page is the surface a client checks first, so it is the one that has to look like yours. Upload a logo and it takes the place of the Uptimia mark. Point a subdomain at us and the page answers there. Turn one setting off and the footer badge is gone.
- Your logo replaces ours — PNG, JPG or SVG up to 2 MB; an SVG is stripped of scripts and remote references before it is ever served
- Your own domain — a CNAME to status.uptimia.com answers at status.yourco.com, with a Let’s Encrypt certificate issued and renewed for you
- Badge off — one toggle, on every plan; the footer link is dropped by the template on the server, not hidden with a stylesheet
Your palette on every report email
Where the status page takes your logo, the emails take the whole palette. A branding theme holds a logo and 14 colours, and you assign it to a client’s scheduled report and to their monitors’ down and up alerts. The editor renders all three as you type a hex, so nothing is a guess until it lands in an inbox.
- 14 colours, one theme — headings, the four summary figures, the incident tables and the footer links each follow their own field
- Six presets, or match to the logo — Uptimia samples the logo’s dominant hue and builds around it, while up, warning and down keep their green, amber and red
- A legibility guard — any text-on-background pair under 2.5:1 is flagged with its ratio, and one click lifts the colour clear of it
A theme per client, one login
An agency has one brand per client, not one brand. Build a theme for each and assign it where it is spent: a monitor’s alerts follow the theme on the monitor, a summary follows the theme on the report. Duplicating a theme copies its logo file as well, so the next client starts from a palette that already works.
- Assigned where it is spent — the theme on the monitor brands its alerts, the theme on the report brands the summary
- Duplicate, then adjust — the copy gets its own logo file, so deleting one client’s theme can never strip another client’s logo
- Usage is on the card — each theme states how many reports and monitors ride on it before you edit or delete it
Your brand on the email, every channel for the alert
A branding theme recolours the down and up alert emails a client receives. The same incident still reaches your own team everywhere else.
12 channels, one contact list — the theme lands on the email; the rest carry the alert unbranded.

Badge removal and custom domains come with every plan, even the free one. Branded report and alert emails start at Professional — no enterprise tier required.
Brand a client in three steps
From a fresh client to a fully branded status page and report — no design work, no separate tenant.
Build their theme
Create a branding theme, drop in the client’s logo, and either pick a preset or match the palette to the logo. A live preview shows the report and alert emails as you go.
Dress their status page
Upload the same logo to their status page, set a subdomain with one CNAME, and turn the “Powered by Uptimia” badge off. HTTPS is issued for you once the DNS resolves.
Assign and forget
Set the theme on the client’s monitors and on their scheduled report. From then on every alert and every summary they receive is in their brand — no per-send step.
Also included
Match a palette to the logo
Point a theme at a logo and Uptimia samples it, finds the dominant hue and builds the backgrounds, text and structure around it, while warning, down and up keep their semantic colours so an incident still reads as one. Anything landing under 2.5:1 against its background is flagged with the ratio and lifted clear in a click.
Per-monitor alert branding
A theme set on a monitor brands that monitor’s down and up alerts. The report is a separate assignment.
SVG logos, cleaned
Upload PNG, JPG or SVG. An SVG is sanitised on the server — scripts and remote references stripped — before it’s ever shown.
Duplicate a theme
Copy a theme, logo and all, to a new file, then tweak it for the next client — the original is untouched.
Keep a page client-only
On a paid plan, put a status page behind one shared password or an IP allowlist, so only the client’s people can open it.
Uptime, SSL and speed on the page
A status page lists uptime, SSL and speed monitors. Everything else you watch for that client — transactions, DNS, heartbeats, servers — still reaches them through alert emails wearing the same theme, so the brand holds across the account.
What is white-label monitoring?
White-label monitoring is running Uptimia’s checks under your own brand, so the pages and emails your clients see carry your logo and colours instead of the vendor’s. In Uptimia that means a status page on your own domain with your logo and no “Powered by Uptimia” badge, plus reports and alerts painted in your palette — while the dashboard you work in stays your internal tool.

Logo, domain and colours are the surfaces a client receives — the status page and the emails.
Where the line is
the email address stays ours · the dashboard is your internal tool, not rebranded
Generic vs. white-labeled
An unbranded account tells your client whose tooling you use. A white-labeled one keeps the attention on you — your logo on the page, your domain in the address bar, your colours in the inbox.
