Website monitoring for eight kinds of team.

An agency watches hundreds of client sites; a SaaS team watches one login flow. Same twelve monitor types, same alerting pipeline — what changes is the mix, and the eight pages below each set one out.

Eight setups, one alerting pipeline

Each page below is a complete starting mix for one kind of team. All eight draw from the same twelve monitor types, and every type is in every paid plan.

Twelve monitor types, eight mixes

The mix is a starting point, not a pricing tier. Every paid plan includes every monitor type — plans differ in how many of each you can create, in seats and status pages, and in a short list of features that start on Professional.

Dashboards follow your grouping

Group monitors by client, product or server fleet — dashboards, reports and bulk actions follow the group, so the same screen reads like an agency tool or a SaaS tool.

Paging follows your team

Contacts and the 12 alert channels are configured once, and every monitor on every setup draws from them. Seats carry one of five roles — owner, admin, editor, viewer, billing — and editor and viewer seats can be scoped to a monitor group. Timed escalation ladders start on Professional.

Outsiders see what you publish

Clients and customers never see your dashboard — they see the status pages and scheduled reports you choose to share, on your domain, with your branding.

Eight different setups, one place to be reached

Whichever mix you build, the contact list is the same one — configure it once and every monitor on every setup draws from it.

Choosing a setup — FAQ

01Which setup should I start with?+
Pick the page above that sounds most like your week — each one walks through a complete starting mix for that kind of team. If you're still unsure, start the trial with an uptime and an SSL monitor on your most important site; every monitor type is unlocked during the 30 days, so you can try the rest as questions come up. The mixes on this page are starting points, not commitments.
02Can I white-label Uptimia for my clients?+
The client-facing surfaces, yes: status pages run on your own domain with your logo, and the "Powered by Uptimia" footer link can be switched off — none of that is plan-gated, it works on the free plan. Branding themes on scheduled PDF reports and on down/up alert emails start on the Professional plan. There is no white-label dashboard or reseller portal — your clients see the pages and reports you publish, not the Uptimia control panel. The agencies page covers exactly where the boundary runs.
03Can I give each client their own login?+
Not a separate client account — but you can hand out a seat that only ever sees that client's monitors. Group the client's sites, then set a group scope on the seat: editor and read-only members are filtered everywhere it matters, from the monitor list and dashboard through search, logs, incidents and CSV exports, and an out-of-scope monitor comes back as not found rather than as forbidden. Two things to know: admins stay unscoped on purpose, and three editors — status page, alerting, maintenance windows — still show the full monitor picker. Every seat you hand out is one of your own: 1 on Basic, 10 on Professional, 100 on Enterprise. Where the client only wants reassurance, a status page on their domain costs no seat at all.
04Is there a WordPress plugin?+
No, and that's deliberate — Uptimia monitors from the outside, the way your visitors reach you. There's nothing to install in wp-admin, nothing to update, and nothing that breaks when WordPress or a plugin updates. It also means monitoring keeps working precisely when your site is too broken to load a plugin.
05Do I need to be technical to use it?+
For the common setups, no. You paste a web address and monitoring starts; SSL and domain expiry warnings arrive on their own, and alerts say what broke in plain language. The technical depth — API chains, webhooks, server agents — is there when you want it, but nothing requires it.
06Can I manage everything from code?+
Yes. A bearer-token REST API creates and edits monitors, reads check logs and incidents, and manages contacts, maintenance windows and status pages; webhooks push incidents into your own tooling. Alerts reach 12 channels including Slack, Discord and PagerDuty. The API reference documents the v2 endpoints — monitor groups are still on the v1 routes, which stay supported — and the developers page shows the workflow.
07Do bigger plans unlock more monitor types?+
No — every paid plan includes every monitor type, and the 30-day trial unlocks all of them too. Most of what changes between plans is quantity: how many of each type you can create, plus seats, status pages and SMS credits, and the pricing page has the counts. Four things aren't quantities. Checks run every 60 seconds on Basic and every 30 on Professional and up; history goes back 90 days on Basic, a year on Professional, two years on Enterprise; and escalation ladders, incident grouping and one-tap acknowledgement, along with white-label branding on reports and alert emails, start on Professional. Adding a monitor type, though, is never an upgrade decision.

Start with the closest setup.

Paste your first web address — a client list, a checkout, an API endpoint — and Uptimia confirms the failure from other regions before it pages whoever is on call.
