Scheduled uptime reports that send themselves.

Somebody still has to prove the site was up last month. Uptimia builds that summary from your monitors — uptime, average response, downtime and every incident — and emails it as PDF, HTML or CSV on the cadence you set, daily through yearly.

The report nobody had to write

Caldmont's October report was due on the 1st. The schedule fired at 09:00, pulled the month out of the monitors, and put a branded PDF and CSV in the client's inbox before anyone asked for it.

Assembling last month's uptime by hand costs an afternoon — pulling figures, formatting a PDF, remembering to send it. The schedule did all of it at 09:00 on the 1st, branded and addressed, while you were still asleep.

The deliverable

Branded, formatted, ready to forward

The email carries your logo and colours, then one line that settles the period — how many monitors it covered and how many critical incidents there were — and below it a table for each monitor family.

  • Your logo and colours — the report reads as your service, not ours
  • A stat row up top — monitors covered, critical and non-critical incidents
  • A table per monitor type — uptime, average response, downtime, incident count

Inside the report

Response times and incidents, per monitor

Every report breaks the period down monitor by monitor — uptime, average response time, minutes of downtime and the incident count — so the recipient sees where the month actually went.

  • Uptime and average response, per monitor — over the period you chose
  • The incident log — each incident's error, start, end and duration
  • Downtime totalled per monitor — minutes lost, beside the incident count

What is a scheduled report?

A scheduled report is an automated email summary of your monitors' performance — uptime, incidents and response times over a chosen period — sent to the recipients you name on a schedule you set, from daily to yearly. Also called an uptime report or SLA report, it can be branded with your logo and exported as PDF, HTML or CSV, so the proof that your site was up arrives without anyone assembling it by hand.

The difference

Scheduled report vs. a live status page

A public status page is the live view anyone can pull up whenever they want. A scheduled report is the summary that arrives on a cadence — pushed to named recipients, branded and archived — without anyone having to go and look.

Scheduled reports FAQ

01What is a scheduled report?+
An automated email summary of your monitors' performance — uptime, incidents and response times over a period you choose — sent to the recipients you name on a schedule you set. Also called an uptime or SLA report, it carries your branding and can be attached as PDF, HTML or CSV, so proving the site was up no longer costs you an afternoon.
02What cadences can I schedule?+
Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Each send is scheduled from 09:00 server time — a daily report the next morning, a weekly one seven days on, and monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on the first of the calendar period; the dates and times printed inside the report are rendered in your account time zone. You can also send any report on demand, outside its schedule.
03What formats can a report be exported as?+
PDF, HTML and CSV. Emailed reports arrive with the formats you chose attached; you can also download any report on demand, or generate a public HTML link. PDF and HTML are the readable summary; CSV is the raw figures for a spreadsheet.
04Can I put my own logo and colours on the report?+
Yes. A branding theme holds your logo and colour scheme and is applied to the report email, so what your client receives looks like it came from you. If you run an agency, set up one theme per client. Branded reports are included from the Professional plan up, and the white-label page goes into them in more depth.
05Who can receive a report, and do they need an account?+
You nominate the recipients — a client, your team, a board member — and each one receives the report as an ordinary email with the PDF, HTML or CSV attached. No Uptimia account is needed to read it. Reports are delivered by email only, so every recipient is an email contact; contacts on other channels are skipped at send time.
06Can I choose which monitors a report covers?+
Yes. Report on all monitors, on a whole type, or on a hand-picked set — and quick-add a monitor group to pull its members in. Report-eligible types are uptime, SSL, domain, speed, RUM, virus and transaction monitors. Choose "all monitors" and any new monitor is included automatically.
07Can I send a report right now, outside the schedule?+
Yes. "Send now" generates and emails the report immediately, without waiting for the next scheduled run — useful when a client asks mid-month. Sending by email needs your account email to be verified; downloading or generating a public link does not.
08Can I share a report as a link instead of an email?+
Yes. Generate a public link and the report is published as an HTML page anyone with the URL can open — no login required. Public report snapshots are kept for 30 days, then swept, so old links expire rather than lingering forever.
09Can I set a custom date range?+
Yes. Alongside the recurring cadences, a custom report covers a specific date range or a preset — last 7 days, last 30 days or last month — and can be delivered by email, downloaded, or published as a public link. It's the report to reach for when someone asks about a particular window.
10Does this work for an agency with many clients?+
Yes — it's one of the most common uses. Give each client their own branding theme, scope a report to just their monitors, and set the recipients to their team. Each client receives a report that looks like it came from you. The agencies use-case and the white-label page go into this further.
11Is there an API for reports?+
Yes. The v1 API lists, creates, updates and deletes reports with an API key, so you can wire report management into your own tooling. The scheduled sends themselves are driven by Uptimia — you set the cadence once and the platform delivers on it.
12Which plans include scheduled reports?+
Scheduled reports themselves are ungated — every plan, the free one and the 30-day trial included, can build them on any cadence and export every format, with send-now, public links and custom date ranges. The one report feature that is plan-tiered is branding: themes with your logo and colours come with the Professional plan and above. Nothing is charged per report, per send or per recipient.
