Telegram uptime alerts that reach your pocket.
Uptimia runs 12 monitor types from 171+ checkpoints in 70+ countries. A confirmed failure arrives as a plain-text message from @uptimia_bot — in the group, channel or private chat you name, on every device you’re signed in to.
Overview
Last 7 DaysIncident #4188 · policy Production on-call · one escalation ladder for the whole group.

Sent is not seen
Most monitoring defaults to email, and an inbox is a queue you visit — not a tap on the shoulder. Between “sent” and “seen”, the site is down and nobody who could fix it knows.
The alert that waits in a queue
The alert did fire — technically. But an inbox gets opened a few times a day, and a subject line saying URGENT doesn’t buzz in your pocket while you’re out living a Saturday.
The alert that buzzes
Telegram pushes the same message to every device signed into your account — phone, desktop, tablet. It arrives as a notification, not as row 23 of a list, and the monitor name and failure time are readable on the lock screen without opening anything.
The Saturday nobody opened a laptop
A client’s shop stopped answering at 16:42 on a Saturday. The hosting panel still showed green — the gateway behind it had hung — and the only person who could act was at the park with a phone.
The bot is already built
You never open BotFather, there is no token to store and nothing to host. Uptimia’s own bot posts through Telegram’s Bot API; you name the chat it should post to.
Add @uptimia_bot to your chat
Search for uptimia_bot in Telegram and add it to your group or channel with permission to post. Public channels use their @handle; a private one shows a numeric ID (any ID bot reads it out).
Paste the channel ID into Uptimia
@yourchannel or -100… — that one field is the whole configuration. Then route monitors: the client’s sites to the chat the client is in, everything else to your own.
When the buzz gets missed
An escalation policy backs the message up: no acknowledgement, and after a delay you set Uptimia sends an SMS, then the next contact. Quiet hours are per recipient; maintenance windows keep planned work silent. Escalation policies come with the Professional plan and above; Telegram alerts themselves work on every plan.

One chat, twelve kinds of failure
A homepage ping proves the homepage. Uptime, checkout flows, certificates, domains, DNS answers, API chains, servers, cron heartbeats, malware and blacklist scans, page speed and real-user data — 12 monitor types, each of which can name the same chat. Eight of them are drawn here.
Your chat, a group, a channel
Telegram gives you three shapes of destination, and each monitor points at exactly one chat ID. Send a client’s sites to the group you already share with them, and keep the loud stuff where only you are.

The full platform during your trial — every monitor type, messaging the chat you choose.
What sits behind the bot
@uptimia_bot is the messenger. Behind each one-line message sit 171+ checkpoints, the incident record, a public status page and the monthly report — for the moments you want more than the buzz.
The dashboard behind every message
Incidents, response times, per-region results — the full story, one tap deeper than the chat.
171+ vantage points
Checks run from 70+ countries. On uptime, SSL, speed and transaction monitors you set how many other regions must agree — up to three — before anyone is paged.
Status pages included
A public status page on your domain — the client-facing answer to “is it down?”
Uptime reports
Monthly PDFs with the numbers — ready to attach to the client’s invoice.
Acknowledgement times on record
Every acknowledgement is timestamped, so time-to-respond is a number on the incident, not a feeling.
If the buzz isn’t enough
On an escalation policy (Professional plan and above), unacknowledged alerts climb: SMS to your phone, then the next contact. Maintenance windows keep planned work silent.
How Telegram website-monitoring alerts work
Uptimia checks your sites from 171+ external locations and, once a failure is confirmed, sends a plain-text message to your Telegram chat through its own bot, @uptimia_bot — you add the bot to a group or channel, paste that chat’s ID into Uptimia, and it starts posting. There is no webhook and no token on your side: the message goes out through Telegram’s Bot API, so it reaches every device signed into your account — phone, desktop, tablet, watch. On an incident that runs an escalation policy (Professional plan and above) the message ends with a signed acknowledge link, one tap and no login, which pauses the ladder. When the check passes again, the all-clear lands in the same chat carrying the total time down.
Looking yourself leaves blind spots
Opening the site “now and then” checks a few seconds out of the 86,400 the site has to survive every day. Every other second is a blind spot.
Probes watch, Telegram delivers
Machines do the staring so you don’t have to. You only hear about the moments that matter — and you hear about them in a chat, not a report.
Exactly what arrives in the chat
Six kinds of message, all plain text — the chat ends up reading like a small ops log.
