Form monitoring is an automated check that fills in one of your web forms — a contact form, a signup, a lead-capture or booking form — submits it from a real web browser on a schedule, and confirms the success message you expect actually appears. It exercises the same submit your visitors trigger, so it catches a form that has silently stopped working even while the page it lives on still loads normally.
